Davis (Captian of the Paragon): *on the comm to Mahon (Captian of the Attonment)* I haven't the foggiest idea, we took a hit to our Wormhole generator and it caused a reation up the secondary reactor and blew out our wepons systems.

Mahon: lucky shot. Think that's why you wound up in this back water system?

Davis: best theory my tech crew can give.

Mahon: right, I'll send some engeneeriers over to help out with repairs, but what did you fight?

Davis: some wierd alien race. *shakes his head* it's no real threat, they ambushed me while the shields were down and Admial DeCerce brought in a good number of destroyers to take them out, if they're still out there then it's because they turned tail... hold on that Terran ship is hailing me

Rabid Archer Seems you have run into a spot of trouble. Is there anything we can do to assist?
Captain Davis You seem to be in a similar state... <Smiles.> We should be OK, for now. Just starting to do an assessment of our damages... But if we could dock and get some shore leave for my crew while we make repairs... it would be greatly appreciated.

GPilot I just don't like surprises, that's all... How long till we get get under way?
Opps Engineering is saying they can do a test in about 2 hours.
GPilot OK, Lets run some simulations on the fold system. Don't like the prospects of getting folded into a planet and call me crazy, but Wave is some times a little to reckless.
Opps We have been working on a little something that might help... We made a probe that can fold and it has long range fold comm built in. At the very least we could fold it and then have it return.
GPilot Really? Lets get one fired off then.
Opps we only have the prototype. I will have it readied.

GPilot Really? Excellent. Lets start disembarking procedures.
comm All hands, we are preparing for disembarking and fold tests. All Senior staff to duty stations.
Opps Getting green lights across the board.
